Our business sells units that are heavy and expensive yet we are here to make sure our customers are happy and return for more business. We offer the following refund terms:

1.We offer money back for any unit we sell if the unit does not function within 90 days.

2. We must be notified immediately if there are any issues so that we can inspect the unit at site.

3. Customer pays return freight and crane charges.

4. We are not responsible for installation charges
