This unit has never been used it was installed at a fortune 500 Corportation. During operational testing it was realized the engineer had ordered too large of a unit from York . After testing unit sat of rooftop unused in clean environment. We tested it while on customers roof and broght it to our facility and our technicians did a full evaluation. This unit has never been used. It was installed at a well-known Fortune 500 Corporation facility and it was quickly determined that because of the building engineer's miscalculation that the unit was too large for the building that it was installed on. This was determined when being tested unit has less than 24 hours run time. We did a 1 hour function test prior to removal by crane and storage in our yard. Crane Removal 

This unit was much to large for the building it was installed on. We retested the unit and had it removed from building rooftop and transported it to our Rome New York facility where it was gone over by our technicians and and retested and is being sold as a new (surplus) machine.
